GeoAmericas 2016 booths are sold out, but sponsorships are still available. The exhibition will open with a cocktail reception on the evening of the 10th and will close with a dedicated breakfast session from 8:00 – 10:00 am on the 13th of April. In addition to dedicated exhibit time and opening and closing special events, each of the conference coffee breaks will be held in the exhibition area.

GeoAmericas 2016 offers three sponsorships: Silver Surf sponsorship, Golden Sun sponsorship and Platinum Palms sponsorship.

SILVER SURF SPONSORSHIP

Silver Surf Sponsors will be limited to 6 and will be awarded on a first-come, first-served basis. Companies may express interest by completing the forms included. Sponsorship payment must be received within 30 days of confirmation.

In keeping with GA16’s sustainability efforts, we have chosen to purchase handmade necklaces directly from a small business in Haiti. The beads in the necklaces are made of recycled materials (paper mostly). A lanyard sponsor will receive their logo on the name badge holder rather than the traditional lanyard printing. It is our hope that everyone will take the jewelry home and put it to good use or share it with a loved one. $3,200
